When your shipments are booked, your email(s) and numbers are used by a TSP or transportation service provider to eventually reach out to you when your shipment reaches their custody out of customs. Please be aware of any communication that is being sent to you in regards to your shipment. This is a primary source of expected delivery dates and other pertinent information pertaining to your personal property shipments.

BL Number / DPS

A BL number or Bill of Lading number is a series of characters attached to each shipment. Think of this as a tracking number. If you intend to call your transportation service provider to receive an inquiry on your shipment. Please make note of your BL Number (I.E. QENQ1234567. Please note, if you have access to your DPS account, this is also a great way to track your shipment. Click here for a guide on checking your shipment status within DPS. Please Note: Your RDD or "Required Delivery Date" is the latest possible date that a moving company must arrive your shipment at destination. Failing to deliver by this date may result in an inconvenience claim. Please be advised, the actual RDD is printed on your Bill of Lading (BL) generated in DPS and provided by the TSP at pack-out.
